WORLDS

Human - Said to be the oldest of the Companion Species, Humans are almost everywhere you look.
Their physical appearance is fairly plain.  Most of the variances are due to several sub breeds.  They average a height of about one and a half to two meters.  Their hair color ranges from the darkest brown or black to bright yellow, even white.  Eye color ranges from brown to green to blue.  They are fairly hardy, and can adapt to meet almost any challenge.
Not the most muscled race, they prefer on average to advance whatever technology presents itself.  They have fairly acute minds and are excellent problem solvers.  Extremely curious about the world around them, they often seek answers to seeming unsolvable questions, only to find out that the answer was right in front of them the entire time.
For all these strength however, there is this strike against them; many of them are extremely warlike, territorial, and greedy; and it is these that usually end up in power.  This has led them to use a great deal of what they learn to develop weapons of unimaginable destructive power.  Most humans though would prefer a nonviolent solution to dangerous situations.
Home world: Earth

Aria - The elegant and beautifulcaste system of the Aria (Angel-kin) is made up of three distinct groups: Celestia, Soren High, and Rusta Duhn.  They are incredible physical creatures renowned for their elegance and beauty.  They also have the highest psionic presence in the worlds.  As well as beingmost elegant and respected for their culture, they are well respected in their making of war into an art.

Feral - Blending brutal elegance and high technology has long been a Feral art.  Their Mythological Hybrid class "Flying Castle", for example, is the most feared and respected vehicle in the known universe.  The forms of these creatures varies depending on what one of the many Prides one is from.  The Prides are also a  means of identifying the animal to which the people are blended.

Sonnet - Their semi-psyonic nature and sharp senses of sight and hearing allow them a heightened physical orientation and an awareness of life around them.  They have a nature driven culture and enjoy being in it as much as they can.  It is common to find their colonies nestled in forests or near rivers.  As a whole they are well known for their patient demeanor, and are distinguished by their light features and long pointed ears.

Sheen - Silence, cunning, and drive are highly valued in Sheen culture.  They are also called Bane due to legends of being humanities first great mistake after the beginning.  They are easily identified by their pale features, pointed ears and long fangs.  Their colors usually run dark.  They prefer to appear at night due to their extremely acute eyesight and hearing.  On the whole they are known for being ruthless and self oriented.

Cyber - These ask the genuine questions of what it is to be alive.  They have little influence in the large arenas, but are renowned for their patience and rationality.  The range of their definition is encompassed by saying that any machine, mechanical system, or software system capable of conscious thought is a Cyber. They serve thousands of roles and are by nature tolerant and obedient.

Gorm - Nano modification has driven the Gorm to the point of consuming other species for their biological material.  Sonic resonances and E.M. pulses can kill them however.  They appear as a cloud and drift through an area and proceed to consume living matter from whatever they infect.  The use this material to multiply their numbers and spread.

Avatar - Few know of them, fewer have seen them.  Little is known of their form or culture beyond rumor and hearsay.  Their only apparent identifying marks are their eyes, which appear a solid color and no pupil, seemingly lit from behind.  Rumors circulate that they may in fact have some ethereal properties.

Solego Sin Kalivah - The single most feared "species" in the known universe.  Not much is known about their form or nature.
